As a Senior Product Manager, supporting our Corporate Impact products, you will deliver products driving social impact for Blackbaud’s corporate customers. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define market needs and deliver solutions. Working closely with product leadership and engineering, you’ll help execute product strategy and lead purpose-driven innovation. What you will do: Own and evolve the product roadmap for key capabilities in the Corporate Social Responsibility space, with a focus on social and corporate sector needs and AI-driven innovation. Partner with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define user requirements, solve meaningful problems, and deliver impactful solutions. Define success metrics, track adoption and usage, and use data to inform decisions and iterate quickly. Ensure strong alignment with Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI and corporate social responsibility, to position our products as market leaders. Build strong relationships with customers through events, feedback loops, and strategic conversations. What You Bring: 6+ years of professional experience in product or program management, product marketing, or business development with a preferred focus on B2B SaaS solutions. Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Understanding of industry development standards for end-to-end product delivery. Proven track record of applying AI or data-driven approaches in product development. Driven to solve problems; able to prioritize on the fly. Bachelor's Degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. The starting base pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
