5-7+ years in content strategy or marketing leadership, experience managing teams, strong SEO and UX knowledge, advanced AI content production skills, and proficiency with GA4, Ahrefs, WordPress, and Airtable.
Description: Lead cross-channel content strategy and roadmap; Oversee site-wide content quality and clarity; Write and contribute first-person content on high-priority topics; Test, launch, and scale new formats; Work with content operations to integrate AI across the workflow; Manage and mentor a team of editors and contributors; Collaborate closely with Content Ops, SEO, Media, and Events teams. Requirements: 5–7+ years in organic content strategy, editorial leadership, or content marketing; Strong foundation in business management, people leadership, people operations, HR and/or workplace tech; Proven track record of managing content teams or freelancers; Deep knowledge of SEO, user intent, and content UX; Advanced experience with AI-assisted content production, including prompt design and workflow tuning; Strong research, interviewing, and storytelling skills; Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills; Ability to leverage data to drive decisions; Comfortable with GA4, Ahrefs, WordPress, and Airtable.
