Project management team members work closely with distribution engineering and grid leadership to deliver high quality outcomes while helping shape the future of a growing distribution organization.Job Summary Manages all aspects of Distribution /Engineering Service projects and small Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality. Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Provides for the successful staffing of the project. Manages and leads small teams of multi-discipline professionals. Coordinates and integrates the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third party companies contributing to the initiative. Key Responsibilities Work closely with engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to meet project commitments Track schedules, deliverables, and action items, proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through Operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment where processes and structures continue to evolve Own delivery of assigned distribution projects, portfolios, or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, building strong, long‑term partnerships Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams including engineering, Project Coordinators, and Associate Project Managers Provide leadership across multiple projects or workstreams, including potential mentoring and oversight of other project managers Partner closely with distribution engineering and grid leadership on resource planning, delivery strategy, and execution Support proposal efforts, planning activities, and strategic client engagements as appropriate for experience level Operate as a hands‑on leader in a fast‑paced, growth environment supporting both services‑based and large‑scale EPC or program work Management Responsibilities Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical distribution engineering Experience supporting or managing utility, distribution engineering, EPC, or infrastructure‑related projects Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment Demonstrated experience building and sustaining long‑term client relationships and obtaining repeat work Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including engineering and technical staff Experience leading client‑facing projects, portfolios, or programs Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
