This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys multitasking. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing project communications, tracking budgets, supporting documentation, and coordinating logistics. You'll serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate can navigate changing situations, manage multidisciplinary team communications, and consistently maintain professionalism. This position can be based in either our Hartford or Meriden office. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with project communications, documentation, accounting, and administrative tasks. • Track project budgets, invoices, and profitability. • Coordinate project setup, team support, and close-out activities. • Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners. • Support business development, training programs, and corporate initiatives. • Arrange travel schedules and meet billable goals. Qualifications & Experience: • 2+ years of experience in project coordination. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and electronic file management. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment. • Preferred: Associate's degree or higher; experience with QA/QC, A/E firms, Deltek Vantagepoint, Bluebeam, and CAD software.
