Job Title: Sr. Compensation Analyst Company Overview: BJ's Wholesale Club is a leading membership warehouse club operator with over 34,000 team members across 235 clubs and eight distribution centers. Role Overview: As a Sr. Compensation Analyst at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices that support our strategic goals. What You'll Do: - You will analyze market compensation data to recommend competitive salary structures. - You will develop and maintain job evaluation and salary administration processes. - You will partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation-related inquiries and initiatives. - You will conduct internal equity analyses to ensure pay fairness across the organization. - You will assist in the design and implementation of incentive and bonus programs. - You will prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation strategies and outcomes. - You will stay current on compensation trends, regulations, and best practices. - You will support the annual salary review and budgeting process. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR roles. - Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and market pricing. - Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in retail or wholesale industry compensation. - Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar. - Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Experience with incentive plan design and administration.
