Role Overview: As a Sr. Compensation Analyst at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices that support our strategic goals. What You'll Do: - You will analyze market compensation data to recommend competitive salary structures. - You will develop and maintain salary administration policies and procedures. - You will conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure internal equity. - You will partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation-related inquiries and initiatives. - You will prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation strategies and outcomes. - You will assist in the design and implementation of incentive and bonus programs. - You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation. - You will support special projects related to compensation and workforce planning. What You Bring: - You bring 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR roles. - You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation software. - You possess knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP. - Certification in Compensation (CCP) or related HR credentials. - Experience in retail or membership-based organizations. - Advanced data analysis skills using tools like SQL or Tableau.
