Role Overview: As the Manager of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy that drives BJ's Wholesale Club’s growth and success. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that support business goals. - You will lead succession planning and career development programs to nurture high-potential employees. - You will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and create targeted development plans. - You will oversee performance management processes, ensuring consistent and fair evaluations. - You will analyze talent data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve talent initiatives. - You will drive employee engagement and retention efforts through innovative programs and communication. - You will manage and mentor a team of talent management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep BJ’s talent strategies competitive. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or organizational development. - Strong knowledge of talent management frameworks, performance management, and succession planning. - Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. - Experience with HRIS systems and talent analytics tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in retail or membership-based organizations. - Advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR. - Demonstrated success in change management and organizational development. - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
