As the Manager of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. You will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive leadership development, and support succession planning to ensure BJ's Wholesale Club continues to build a strong, capable workforce. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive talent management programs aligned with business goals. - You will lead succession planning efforts to identify and prepare future leaders. - You will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to assess talent needs and create development plans. - You will manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - You will analyze talent metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. - You will oversee leadership development programs and coaching initiatives. - You will ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies related to talent management. - You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent management practices. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. - Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making. - Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in retail or membership-based organizations. - Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR. - Familiarity with HRIS and talent management software. - Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
