Role Overview: As the Lead HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems to support business operations and enhance employee experience. You will lead system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of HRIS systems to meet organizational needs. - You will analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency. - You will manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment to ensure seamless transitions. - You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly. - You will ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. - You will provide training and support to HR staff and end-users. - You will generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS analysis or related roles. - Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience with system implementation and project management. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in HRIS or related fields. - Experience with payroll systems and integrations. - Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations. - Familiarity with change management practices.
