Job Title: Lead HRIS Analyst Company Overview: BJ's Wholesale Club is a leading membership warehouse club dedicated to providing exceptional value and quality to its members. Role Overview: As the Lead HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems to support business operations and enhance employee experience. You will lead system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of HRIS systems to meet organizational needs. - You will analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency. - You will manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment to ensure seamless transitions. - You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - You will generate and analyze HR data reports to support decision-making. - You will provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities. - You will ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards within HRIS operations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS analysis or related roles. - Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. - Experience with system implementation and project management. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in HRIS or related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). - Experience with cloud-based HR systems and integrations. - Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration. - Familiarity with compliance regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.
