Role Overview: As the Lead HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems to support business operations and enhance employee experience. You will lead system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of HRIS systems to meet organizational needs. - You will analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency. - You will manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment to ensure seamless transitions. - You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly to minimize downtime. - You will generate and analyze HR data reports to support decision-making. - You will train and support HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities. - You will ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards within HRIS operations. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in HRIS analysis or related roles. - You possess strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. - You have experience with system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - You demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - You have a solid understanding of HR processes and data management. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience leading HRIS projects or teams. - Certification in HRIS systems or project management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP). - Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
