Certified Salesforce Technical Architect & Team Lead (Only G.C / U.S.C) 12+Months Remote Overview: We are in pursuit of a distinguished Salesforce Technical Architect & Team Lead with over a decade and a half of experience in IT, spending at least a decade deeply ingrained in Salesforce technology with significant recent tenure (3+ years) in an architectural capacity. The successful applicant will have not less than half a decade of professional exposure within the U.S. and a demonstrable history of overseeing end-to-end Salesforce projects in sizable enterprises. Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning experience with LWC/Aura, command over Salesforce APIs, adeptness in integration modalities, and comprehensive knowledge of enterprise architecture are essential. Possession of Salesforce credentials such as the Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect will be considered favorably. This role requires spearheading strategic technological guidance, claim of solution design, and architecting Salesforce frameworks that are expansive, secure, and exhibit high efficiency. Flexibility to accommodate EST work hours while operating remotely within the U.S. is a must. Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the Salesforce technical charge, embodying the project architecture, design, development, and integration processes. • Revive Salesforce initiatives that are not meeting performance benchmarks or are in jeopardy. • Engage with business minds to ensure technical strategies are closely knitted to the business's vision. • Take command of multidisciplinary teams comprised of developers, administrators, and analysts. • Uphold a standard of excellence in technical outputs, emphasizing extensibility and robust performance. • Engage in hands-on development and offer guidance and knowledge sharing with less seasoned team members. • Govern project schedules, proactively handle risks, and navigate technical interdependencies. • Decode intricate needs into practical and detailed technical procedures. Qualifications Sought: • At least 5 years of seasoned involvement in Salesforce development and architectural roles. • A solid history illustrating leadership across the complete span of Salesforce project executions. • A record of success in resolving Salesforce deployments that haven't previously hit their stride. • Expert level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce's APIs, and data integration techniques. • Outstanding problem-solving abilities coupled with effective communication and a penchant for leading teams. • Desirable to have Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect
