Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Consultant for EFR Self-Service Unit 6 Months Arlington, VA 22209 (Remote) Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant to guide the EFR Self-Service Unit, with a specialization in Oracle Analytics Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a decade or more of hands-on experience in this field and will have a proven record of managing delivery operations for self-service pods within the financial data infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the smooth execution and delivery of services for the Oracle Analytics Cloud/FDI EFR self-service pod. - Coordinate effectively with offshore teams to ensure seamless operations and workflow management. - Act as a primary communication conduit between the testing team, clientele leadership, and pivotal stakeholders. - Utilize exceptional communication prowess to negotiate, collaborate, and facilitate key discussions with various team members and partners. Essential Skills and Qualifications: - A minimum of 10 years' extensive experience working with Oracle Analytics Cloud. - Demonstrated ability to supervise and interact with diverse teams, including remote offshore groups. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and directness to ensure efficient problem resolution and project progress. - A track record of successful stakeholder engagement, including experience as a liaison in technology-driven environments.
