We are looking for a Business Developer Manager to drive the growth of our Web3 gaming initiatives, including the flagship MMO ecosystem Chainers. In this role, you will lead fundraising efforts, structure and execute strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with VCs, launchpads, and key ecosystem partners. Working closely with leadership at the intersection of investment, strategy, and ecosystem development, you will help scale Chainers, expand our multi-genre gaming portfolio, and strengthen our presence in the Web3 gaming market. Responsibilities: • Lead and support investment rounds, manage relationships with VCs, funds, angels, launchpads, and strategic investors; • Coordinate fundraising materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and tokenomics narratives, participate in negotiations on valuation, allocation, vesting, governance, and strategic terms, and maintain investor communications; • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with Web3 gaming ecosystems, blockchains, launchpads, guilds, distribution partners, games, and other relevant Web2/Web3 businesses; • Represent the company in the Web3 gaming, crypto, and GameFi ecosystem, building visibility and strategic relationships; • Track market trends across crypto, DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, and on-chain economies, providing input on positioning, expansion, and long-term growth; • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and legal teams to align business development initiatives with the product roadmap, marketing strategy, and tokenomics design. Requirements: • Proven experience in Web3 gaming projects and direct work with VCs, funds, or strategic investors; • Participation in or leadership of investment rounds, including fundraising, token sales, or strategic rounds; • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, crypto, DeFi, GameFi mechanics, tokenomics, vesting, and governance models; • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate complex crypto concepts clearly to both Web2 and Web3 stakeholders; • Fluent English. Nice to have: • Experience leading investment rounds end-to-end; • Existing network of VCs, launchpads, or ecosystem partners; • Experience with MMOs, live-ops games, or large-scale gaming ecosystems; • Familiarity with on-chain metrics, user acquisition economics, and retention models; • Public speaking, conference participation, or ecosystem representation experience.
