The Role Bitly is hiring a Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform, which powers links and connections for millions of users and brands around the world. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving customer problems, and brings a strong product sense rooted in data, insight, and experimentation. In this role, you’ll own a key area of the Bitly product experience, from defining strategy and roadmap to driving execution and measuring impact. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to ship features that customers love and that support Bitly’s long-term growth. You’ll use customer insights, data, and market signals to identify opportunities and inform product direction. Your work will help shape where Bitly expands, refines, or innovates across the platform. You’ll collaborate with UX on user journeys and workflows, partner with cross-functional teams to prepare features for adoption, and contribute to competitive analysis and strategic discussions that guide Bitly’s long-term roadmap. What You'll Do Drive product strategy and discovery: Identify market opportunities, build business cases, define product vision, and develop data-informed roadmaps. Lead end-to-end product execution: Partner closely with Engineering and Design to gather requirements, translate customer needs and technical capabilities into intuitive, scalable solutions, and guide features from concept to launch—using rapid experimentation and iteration to validate ideas along the way. Champion the customer experience: Bring the voice of the customer into every decision, uncover pain points, and work with UX to deliver frictionless workflows and high-quality interfaces that delight users. Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development: Incorporate AI-driven insights, research, and workflow automation to speed discovery, support decision-making, and enhance product quality. Support product launches and readiness: Partner with Product Marketing and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and organizational preparedness for new feature releases. Measure and communicate impact: Define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and share insights that influence iteration and prioritization. Who You Are 3-5 years as a product manager in B2B SaaS Track record of delivering product outcomes, including improved retention, engagement, and revenue growth. Ability to drive product vision and align cross-functional teams around clear priorities Strong communication and influencing skills Experience working in agile environments Experience running experiments, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and data analysis Ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, workflow acceleration, and experimentation throughout the product development process Ability to take ownership and drive multiple projects forward with a high degree of autonomy Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights that inform decisions and prioritization Comfortable sharing perspectives, challenging assumptions, and advocating for better outcomes for our customers Comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities and contributing directly to moving the team’s work forward. Bonus Qualifications Experience in the marketing technology or productivity space Experience building products for a variety of customer segments - from small businesses to large enterprise companies.
