Job Description We are seeking a talented Senior Frontend UX Engineer with approximately six years of experience to join our digital technology team. This individual will be a key contributor to our user-facing platforms, taking ownership of building and maintaining our design system components and delivering best-in-class frontend experiences across our global marketing sites, customer portals, and e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities Work with a team of engineers, architects, and QA engineers on the development, management, and maintenance of components within our enterprise design system. Build responsive, accessible, and best-in-class front-end experiences for our global marketing sites, customer portals, and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate closely with designers, business systems analysts, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and flexible technical solutions. Champion frontend development best practices, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant code. Routinely demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing technology solutions. Analyzes and resolves technical problems using analytical problem-solving methods/techniques and associated tools/devices. Contribute to the advancement of the team through exploration of state-of-the-art tools and techniques, including AI; participate in educational opportunities and professional organizations. Accountable for successful and timely completion of all tasks/projects under direct and matrix control. May initiate new areas of investigation that are meaningful, reliable, and can be incorporated directly into scientific or business activities. Provides technical leadership and mentors and consults with less experienced staff in planning, methods, procedures, standards and best practices. Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle. Qualifications Required Bachelors Degree with 6 years experience; Masters Degree with 5 years experience; PhD with 0 years experience. Expert-level proficiency in modern web standards, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Demonstrated experience with at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte). A strong portfolio or body of work that shows a creative passion for architecting new solutions and building frictionless user experiences. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Preferred Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware). Located in the East Coast US time zone to better align with team working hours.
