Provide technical support, installation, maintenance, and training for medical equipment, managing spare parts and supporting sales.
Associate degree or higher, 1-2 years experience in medical or mechanical/electronic repair, ability to lift 25kg, travel ability, good communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to our customers and distributors in time 2. Complete installation, training, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting/ repairing to our customers, make service record and send back to headquarter technical support 3. Support our regional sales to our distributors, include application/service training 4. manage local spare parts stock, send out the parts to our customers, and replenish local stock in a cycle time Requirements: 1. Associate degree or above degrees, mechanical engineering, bioengineering, electrical engineering preferred. 2. 1-2 years experience on medical field or repairing mechanical or electronic equipments. Outstanding fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are also welcome to apply. 3. Moving the equipment for at least 25Kg, include the tools, devices, spare parts and etc. 4. Able to travel to different cities in the United States 5.
