The Senior Supplier Relationship Management Associate plays a critical role in supporting pharmaceutical product development and commercialization through effective coordination with external manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and internal cross-functional teams. This position ensures manufacturing readiness, manages documentation and logistics, and drives operational excellence across clinical development, product validation, and supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities Support external manufacturing and development teams throughout clinical development, validation, and commercialization phases. Lead daily transactional operations including documentation, logistics, and onboarding of new materials and suppliers. Ensure manufacturing readiness at external CMOs by managing documentation and coordinating logistics. Maintain internal inventory systems using SAP and support procure-to-pay processes via Ariba. Document meeting minutes and action items during internal alignment meetings and ensure timely follow-up. Track key performance metrics from external manufacturing activities across Specialty Raw Materials (RM), Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), and Drug Product (DP). Assist in supplier selection processes for early and late-phase programs. Drive knowledge management initiatives and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation. Educational background in supply chain, life sciences, business, or procurement preferred. Basic understanding of GMP and quality systems in a regulated environment. Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP. Familiarity with tools like Smartsheets and Power BI. Strong project management capabilities and ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and deliver high-quality results. 6-months contract
