Job Description: The Director Of Sales Operations is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for optimizing the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the sales organization. This role oversees sales systems, compensation administration, BI dashboards, data integrity, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree required * Minimum of seven (7) years of Sales Ops, Rev Ops, and Analytics experience required * Strong CRM/BI experience required * SQL proficiency * Proven compensation, forecasting, and analytics background * Strong financial & analytical acumen * Excellent communication and executive presence QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED * Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred * Healthcare/specialty pharmacy/infusion experience preferred * HubSpot experience preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES HubSpot Ownership • Lead CRM training, utilization, and workflow optimization. • Maintain data integrity and CRM hygiene. • Build dashboards, reports, automations. • Lead data migrations and integrations. • Oversee contract management within HubSpot. Commission Program Oversight • Rollout, administration, and governance of the sales commission program. • Manage monthly/quarterly commission calculations. • Develop and maintain commission dashboards. • Submit commission statements to payroll. • Partner on future-state compensation design. BI Oversight • Work closely with Data Analytics team on dashboard accuracy and evolution. Maintain and improve dashboards for sales, marketing, intake, and operations. • Enhance data pipelines and validate data quality. • Overhaul dashboards when needed. • Create new dashboards based on business requirements. • Utilize SQL to build queries and support reporting. • Ensure real-time, actionable insights. Data Management & Market Intelligence • Manage LexisNexis, Trella, CRM and referral trend datasets. • Map referral trends to market opportunity. • Build long-term AI-driven insights infrastructure. • Ensure data accuracy and lead communication of insights. Financial Management, Budgeting & Forecasting • Partner with Finance on annual budget planning. • Track all sales & marketing expenses to plan. • Manage sales/marketing budget lines. • Monitor travel, T&E, and gas-card usage. • Identify variances and corrective actions. • Track metrics vs. budget and forecasting needs. • Identify trends to inform ongoing forecasting. • Build forecasting models using referrals, pipeline, and market data. • Serve as Finance–Sales liaison. Sales Strategy & Process Optimization • Standardize best-practice processes and cadences. • Optimize territory design and resource allocation. • Improve cross-functional workflows. • Identify and fix operational bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner with Marketing on targeting and enablement. • Collaborate with Intake/Operations on referral conversion. • Work with IT on CRM, BI tools, and data pipelines. • Advise Executive Leadership with insights.
