Job Summary Reporting to President of Corporate Development, this Boston-based role will own the end-to-end business development strategy for our AI-driven high-value antibody design services across North America and key international markets. As a critical leader in our global BD team, you will leverage Boston's unparalleled life sciences ecosystem to forge strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and position our technology as the gold standard in pharmaceutical molecular design. Core Responsibilities ● Develop and execute region-specific BD strategies aligned with global corporate goals, with a primary focus on North American pharmaceutical, biotech, and investment markets. ● Prospect, engage, and negotiate with C-suite and R&D leadership at leading North American pharma/biotech firms, venture capital/private equity investors, and top academic research institutions . ● Cultivate a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships, including co-development agreements, license-in/out deals, and joint venture opportunities that accelerate commercialization of our AI-driven solutions. ● Own relationship lifecycle management, ensuring long-term partner satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand service adoption. ● Collaborate with our product and science teams to translate client pain points into tailored AI molecular design solutions. Required Qualifications ● Master’s degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biochemical Engineering, or a related STEM field. MBA or other advanced business degree is highly desirable. ● 3+ years of progressive business development, strategic alliance, or transactional experience within the North American pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry. ● Proven track record of closing $1M+ commercial partnerships or licensing deals in the AI-driven drug discovery or molecular design space.
