If you are resourceful, thrive in fast-paced environments, love building winning teams, and have a passion for driving business success, this is your opportunity to help shape the next phase of BioIVT growth! * Own and drive the North American commercial sales strategy, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives. * Oversee business development and technical teams across North America. * Develop and implement sales forecasting, market penetration, and customer engagement strategies to maximize revenue potential. * Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations, and finance to drive sales effectiveness and customer engagement strategies. * Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-energy, high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. * Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching, and performance assessments to ensure ongoing professional development. * Act as a talent development champion: provide guidance to sales managers and individual contributors to improve sales execution and customer relationship management. * Implement & drive best practices in territory planning, account management, and sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Drive adoption of CRM and sales analytics tools to optimize pipeline management and forecasting accuracy. * Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies and product positioning. * Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS * 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry. * Strong track record of leading regional teams with demonstrated revenue growth and team development. * Deep understanding of B2B sales, commercial operations, and key account management. * Experience managing technical sales teams. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to align sales strategy with corporate objectives. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), sales analytics, and forecasting methodologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to travel as required (~40-50%).
