As we scale nationally, we are building a high-performance remote sales organization designed around compliance, consistency, and long-term outcomes—not hype or pressure tactics. This is a commission-based leadership role designed for experienced sales builders who want upside tied directly to performance. About the Role This is not a salaried manager role and not a long-term closer position. We are hiring a Director of Virtual Sales to build, hire, train, and scale a nationwide remote sales team. Your income will be driven by team performance, not hours worked. You will initially be hands-on to establish standards, then transition into a pure leadership role as the team scales. Key Responsibilities • Recruit, hire, and onboard virtual sales representatives nationwide • Design and implement virtual sales training, scripts, and onboarding programs • Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (dials, connects, booked calls, closes, revenue) • Coach reps through call reviews, role-play, and performance feedback • Build a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement • Work closely with leadership to refine offer positioning and sales strategy • Implement and enforce CRM discipline (tracking, reporting, pipeline management) • Identify top performers, develop future team leads, and remove underperformers quickly • Scale the team without founder-dependent sales involvement Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) • Proven experience building and managing remote sales teams (10+ reps) • Background in high-ticket phone or Zoom sales ($3,000+ offers) • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, telehealth, insurance, finance, legal, wellness) • Demonstrated success recruiting, training, and coaching remote sales reps • Strong understanding of sales metrics, dashboards, and performance management • Ability to lead with structure, clarity, and discipline, not micromanagement Strongly Preferred • Telehealth, medical, or healthcare-adjacent experience • Experience with commission-based or hybrid compensation models • CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Prior responsibility for scaling revenue through people, not personal closing This Role Is NOT For You If • You are primarily a closer who dislikes management • You have never built or scaled a remote sales team • You prefer loose systems and minimal accountability • You expect to “figure it out as you go” instead of executing proven frameworks • You require a guaranteed salary • You prefer closing over building teams • You are uncomfortable with performance-based compensation Compensation (Commission-Based) • Override on total team revenue • Performance accelerators as volume scales • Long-term upside for leaders who build durable systems • Compensation will be aligned with experience and ability to execute at scale.
