Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – Demolition / Construction Projects Location: Trenton, NJ Only Local candidates Job Type: W2 ONLY Duration: 1 year(s) 1 month(s) 16 day(s) Visa: USC Only Job Description: · Assist in design review and oversee statewide demolition projects. · Maintain full knowledge of all active and pending projects. · Ensure projects stay on schedule to meet FEMA/HUD funding requirements. · Review contractor submittals for compliance with project plans/specs. · Audit contractor invoices, change orders, and amendments; coordinate with DEP Fiscal for proper funding allocation. · Administer contractor and consultant performance evaluations at project milestones (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). · Support Program Director in contract compliance and adherence to division policies, statutes, and administrative codes. · Coordinate project activities and updates with township Business Administrators. · Address utilities, resident concerns, property line disputes, and other municipal issues. · Attend Plan & Specification review meetings, pre-bid, post-bid, and pre-construction meetings to ensure regulatory and contract compliance.
