Identify, engage, and close net-new opportunities in your assigned territory. Run strategic sales campaigns focused on solving customer pain points. Act as a trusted advisor, mastering Bindplane’s cutting-edge observability solutions to drive business outcomes. Manage multiple sales cycles with 10-20 active opportunities per quarter while navigating long-term strategic deals. Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partners to expand pipeline opportunities. Leverage partnerships and personal networks to generate leads and grow revenue. Attend key industry events, trade shows, and on-site meetings to build brand presence and customer relationships. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in observability, monitoring, or data management (required). Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth in mid-market or enterprise accounts. Strong understanding of complex technical sales cycles and the ability to communicate value at both technical and executive levels. Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving urgency in sales cycles.
