Job Description: • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume commercial roles, including: • Partner closely with Prenatal commercial leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop scalable hiring plans • Deliver consistently strong hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment • Balance speed and quality while managing multiple requisitions across geographies, average requisition load is 15-20 roles and BillionToOne only hires the top 1% of all candidates • Build and maintain robust pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies • Leverage experience or exposure in laboratory diagnostics, life sciences, or genetic testing to assess technical credibility, consultative selling ability, and industry fit • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market conditions, candidate profiles, compensation trends, and interview best practices • Influence hiring decisions through data, structured interviews, and candidate insights • Ensure an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from first touch through offer • Drive structured interview processes and support hiring teams in making consistent, unbiased decisions • Partner with People Operations on offer development, approvals, and closing strategies • Represent the BillionToOne with integrity and professionalism • Track recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion) and use data to optimize processes • Contribute to recruiting playbooks, employer branding initiatives, and scalable TA infrastructure as the company grows Requirements: • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on commercial or sales hiring • Proven success hiring high volumes of sales talent while maintaining a high quality bar • Experiencing personally hiring an average of 10+ people per quarter • Exposure to laboratory diagnostics, life sciences, biotech or pharma recruiting • Strong sourcing expertise and ability to engage passive candidates • Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and influencing hiring decisions • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Experience using AI to enhance recruiting process Benefits: • Working alongside brilliant, kind, passionate and dedicated colleagues, in an empowering environment, toward a global vision, striving for a future in which transformative molecular diagnostics can help millions of patients • Open, transparent culture that includes weekly Town Hall meetings • The ability to indirectly or directly change the lives of hundreds of thousands patients • Multiple medical benefit options; employee premiums paid 100% of select plans, dependents covered up to 80% • Extremely generous Family Bonding Leave for new parents (16 weeks, paid at 100%) • Supplemental fertility benefits coverage • Retirement savings program including a 4% Company match • Increase paid time off with increased tenure • Latest and greatest hardware (laptop, lab equipment, facilities)
