We're proud to serve thousands of restaurant locations across the U.S., including major brands like Bojangles, MOD Pizza, Dave's Hot Chicken, and Long John Silver's. About the role As we scale Bikky, we're building a world-class team that can tackle the hardest challenges in the restaurant industry. We have eight open roles across engineering, data, marketing and customer success that we seek to fill within the next 90 days. To close those roles, we’re looking for someone who can help us find exceptional talent and create a stellar candidate experience along the way. As a Recruiter, you'll be a critical partner in our hiring efforts. You'll own the logistics that keep our hiring process running smoothly - from scheduling interviews to coordinating with candidates. You'll also take on sourcing and outreach for select roles, helping us find candidates who might not find us on their own. For some positions, you'll conduct initial phone screens to assess fit before candidates move forward in our process. This role is perfect for someone who's energized by the operational side of recruiting and wants to build strong foundational skills while supporting a growing startup. We’d like to start the contract as soon as possible and expect it to be open ended - hiring will continue into Q2/Q3. There’s an opportunity to convert to fulltime later in the year, depending on hiring needs. On any given week you might: Be responsible for finding and evaluating great talent for a variety of positions Create an exceptional candidate experience where great people learn more about Bikky and why we are working on meaningful problems Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' interest and experience, pitching the Bikky employer value prop. Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms for hard-to-fill roles. Draft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates. Work with leadership to make sure candidates are moving through our pipeline, while having an exceptional experience along the way. Coordinate interview schedules across multiple candidates and roles, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved. About you We're looking for someone who's detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives on keeping things organized. The ideal candidate will have: 4+ years of experience in full-stack recruiting position Experience recruiting for technical talent including software engineering roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Exceptional partner to hiring managers and references that can say you helped bring on exceptional talent Excellent written and verbal communication A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment Why us At Bikky, you'll play a direct role in building a team that's transforming an entire industry. Compensation and working arrangement $80 - $100 per hour, depending on experience This is a contract position with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
