Recruiting Manager Location: Remote Position, must be based in the Eastern Time Zone The Role We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and scale BigPanda’s recruiting efforts while managing a small, globally distributed recruiting team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will personally drive searches while building strong recruiting processes, coaching recruiters, and partnering closely with business leaders. What You’ll Do Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for roles, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A. Partner closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, forecast demand, and advise on talent market dynamics Manage, coach, and develop a small global recruiting team, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and candidate experience Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices across regions Continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience What We’re Looking For 7+ years of recruiting experience, including strong ownership of GTM roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology company Comfort operating as a player/coach in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience recruiting across geographies and time zones Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate advocacy skills About Us: BigPanda is a fast-growing, values-driven, global company that enables Tech Ops teams to keep the digital economy running. Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $160 - 200,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location BigPanda offers a generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and a world-class benefits program.
