About the Role BigPanda is seeking a Director of Strategic Program Management to lead cross-functional, enterprise-grade program execution across our Technical, Product, Go-To-Market, and Customer organizations. This role sits at the center of BigPanda's most critical initiatives-ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution as we scale our AI-powered platform and evolve toward more autonomous IT operations. Reporting directly to BigPanda's C-level executive team, this leader will own the orchestration of complex, multi-team programs that span Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to high-impact initiatives while helping the organization successfully navigate AI-driven change across people, process, and technology. This is a highly visible role for a strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity, communicates crisply with executives, and can translate technical delivery into measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do Strategic Program Leadership • Own and drive execution of enterprise-level, cross-functional programs that are critical to BigPanda's product delivery, customer outcomes, and company objectives. • Establish clear program governance, operating cadences, success metrics, and accountability frameworks across teams. • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and execution gaps; proactively course-correct to keep initiatives on track. Technical & Enterprise SaaS Delivery Oversight • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to ensure technical initiatives are delivered on time, at scale, and aligned to customer and business priorities. • Translate complex technical work streams into clear milestones, dependencies, and executive-level narratives. • Ensure delivery rigor across AI-driven products and enterprise SaaS capabilities. AI Change Management & Organizational Enablement • Lead AI-focused change management initiatives that support adoption of new workflows, tools, and operating models across BigPanda. • Partner with functional leaders to identify readiness gaps, enablement needs, and communication strategies tied to AI transformation. • Help teams operationalize AI capabilities in a way that drives clarity, confidence, and measurable impact. Executive Reporting & Visibility • Build, maintain, and evolve executive-level reporting that tracks progress, risks, outcomes, and ROI across strategic initiatives. • Deliver concise, data-driven updates to BigPanda's C-suite and senior leadership team on a regular cadence. • Ensure leadership has real-time visibility into execution health, priorities, and trade-offs. Cross-Functional Alignment & Influence • Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, aligning teams around shared goals and execution standards. • Drive clarity across competing priorities, dependencies, and timelines in a fast-moving environment. • Serve as a force multiplier-helping teams move faster, smarter, and more cohesively. What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience leading strategic, cross-functional program management in a technical or enterprise SaaS environment. Proven success managing complex initiatives that span Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer teams. Strong understanding of technical delivery, SaaS platforms, and modern software development lifecycles. Experience supporting or leading AI-driven transformation or change management initiatives. Exceptional executive communication skills-able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for C-level audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build and own executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and metrics. • Highly organized, outcome-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. • Strong influence skills with the ability to lead without direct authority. Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $170,00 -185,000 + variable annual performance bonus. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location BigPanda offers a generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and a world-class benefits program.
