Our client, a Korean-owned global organization with a strong presence in manufacturing and engineering, is seeking an experienced Operations Transformation Leader to drive excellence and continuous improvement across their North American operations. This role is central to evaluating operational performance and leading transformation initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and project execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills. 🗣️ Must be fluent in both Korean and English — verbal and written. Key Responsibilities • Lead diagnostic reviews of project and plant performance to identify cost drivers, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Drive transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, cost control, and reliability. • Develop and implement KPIs to assess project management health and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to align project execution with strategic goals. • Advise the Chief Transformation Officer on operational improvement opportunities. • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and transparency. • Serve as liaison between U.S. operations and international teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s preferred). • 10+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or capital project management within manufacturing or industrial sectors. • Proven track record managing capital projects from concept to completion. • Expertise in cost estimation, forecasting, and performance analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience working in global or cross-cultural environments. • Fluency in Korean and English is required.
