Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) is seeking a Google Ads & SEO Volunteer Expert to help us increase web traffic and awareness of our national programs for youth, women, and communities. With our $10,000/month Google Ad Grant, your skills can directly impact mentorship, leadership development, and community service on a national scale. We need a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can help us: Build and manage Google Ad Grant campaigns Select and optimize high-performing keywords Boost our search engine rankings (SEO) for key impact pages Monitor analytics and adjust strategy for results Drive meaningful traffic that converts to volunteers, donors, and community supporters What You’ll Bring: Proven experience with Google Ads (preferably Ad Grants) Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics Ability to write compelling, mission-aligned ad copy Passion for social impact and mentoring Time Commitment: Flexible - estimated 3-5 hours per week.
