What We're Looking For: Landscape and Enhancement Project Manager Big Lakes Lawncare is seeking a dynamic Project Manager who is an A‑player. Takes ownership, leads with excellence, and consistently delivers high‑quality results. This person will oversee day‑to‑day project operations, guide crews, communicate clearly with clients, manage budgets and materials, and ensure safe, efficient, and top‑tier installation of all landscape work. What You'll Do: • Plan Projects: Set schedules, budgets, and work plans. • Lead Crews: Direct teams and subcontractors on-site. • Communicate with clients: Give updates and ensure expectations are met. • Oversee installation: Make sure planting, hardscaping, and construction are done correctly. • Check Quality: Inspect work and solve issues quickly. • Manage Costs: Track spending and keep projects on budget. • Coordinate Materials: Order plants, supplies, and equipment. • Ensure Safety: Follow safety rules and local regulations.
