Administrative Assistant / Sourcer We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Sourcer to support our recruiting and HR teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Requirements: Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and positive attitude. Previous experience in administrative support, recruiting, or customer service. Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. At least 1 year of experience or involvement in HR, recruiting, or office administration. Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license. Excellent organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work independently or remotely. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and sourcing support to the recruiting and HR teams. Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews. Maintain candidate data and communication through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process. Prepare and organize reports, correspondence, and other HR-related documentation. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams across multiple locations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
