Senior Marketer About This Role As Senior Marketer, you will help lead the end-to-end strategy and orchestration of how BibleProject shows up in the world. You will help own the marketing launch framework across the BibleProject ecosystem, spanning owned channels (website, app, email) and 3rd party platforms & social spaces where our audience already lives (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouVersion). You will partner closely with Creative, Scholarship, Product, Content ,and Data teams to deliver launches that are cohesive, resonant, and strategically aligned to BibleProject's mission. In managing this work, you will set direction, align teams, and raise the bar for how BibleProject marketing is imagined, executed, measured, and improved, helping us operate with the clarity, confidence, and craft of a best-in-class brand. In all your work, you will bring your skills and experience to help further our mission of helping people experience the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus. Core Responsibilities Leadership • Develop and steward marketing strategies that bring clarity, alignment, and high-quality execution to launches across teams and channels, even in moments of complexity or ambiguity. • Lead cross-functional launch squads by aligning contributors around shared goals, timelines, and standards, while reinforcing strategic intent set by marketing leadership. • Champion clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement in how marketing work is planned, executed, and reviewed. Responsibility • Support the development and execution of the annual and seasonal marketing launch roadmap, ensuring alignment across creative, product, content, scholarship, and data teams. • Coordinate launch planning and execution from pre-production through post-launch, ensuring quality, cohesion, and timely delivery. • Maintain and evolve launch processes, tools, and documentation that help teams work with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence. Expertise • Strong foundation in digital and/or creative marketing operations, go-to-market planning, and cross-channel coordination across owned and partner platforms. • Data-informed approach to evaluating launch performance, identifying insights, and supporting iterative improvements over time. • Skilled at operationalizing marketing frameworks-turning strategy into actionable plans, workflows, and deliverables while balancing creative vision with operational discipline What We Are Looking For • 5+ years of experience in digital and/or creative marketing strategy, campaign orchestration and development, or related functions, preferably within cross-disciplinary environments. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at guiding cross-functional teams through complex workflows. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence partners/collaborations and keep diverse stakeholders aligned. • Curiosity to learn, experiment, and grow with an organization that values creativity and imagination. • Demonstrated ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative insights to help evaluate campaign impact and drive continuous improvement. • Alignment with our mission of helping others engage Scripture as a unified story that leads to Jesus. (Relocation assistance available) Beginning: February 2026 Reporting to: Carter Moore, VP of Marketing Compensation & Benefits: • The annual salary range for this position is $85,123 - $105,154 • Competitive salary that scales with experience directly related to this role.
