Responsibilities Provide administrative support to various departments and assist in daily operations. Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for team members. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes and agendas. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on customer service issues promptly. Support inventory management by tracking and updating inventory records. Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
