Plan, design, and develop IAM processes including identity integration with cloud providers, troubleshoot access issues, maintain policies and training, coordinate provisioning processes, and report project status to leadership.
Requirements
Associate's degree or relevant experience with 1-3 years in IAM, experience managing cloud identities, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Full Description
Job Description: • Responsible for planning, designing, and developing IAM processes, both manual and automated. • Identification and troubleshooting access issues related to identity problems or identity integrations • Maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for all identity systems. • Must coordinate with cross-functional teams to design all components of the provisioning process. • Prepare reports for management and leadership regarding the status of the project. • Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies. • Responsible for identity integration with all cloud providers. • Any other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Associate's degree or relevant technical experience in Information Systems. • 1 to 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. • Experience managing Cloud Identities. • Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide variety of people to accomplish the goals of BHG. • Capable of working independently, as well as in team/collaborative settings.
