Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: Are you passionate about building robust, scalable, and intelligent systems that power the next generation of AI? Do you enjoy designing large-scale infrastructure that accelerates research and enhances the quality of AI agents? We’re looking for engineers to help build high-quality infrastructure that ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of the AI Copilot platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to systems that support continuous quality measurement, real-time monitoring, and rapid experimentation at scale. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Develop internal tools to help data scientists ship their models efficiently, using Python, Azure, and Azure DevOps. Develop and maintain internal business systems/applications under deadline pressure or takes primary role in smaller, low risk projects. Involve bug fixes, investigating pipeline failures, and fixing component governance and security issues. Develop internal tools and new features for multiple partner teams. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years experience with C# and/or Python. 1+ years experience with Microsoft Azure. 1+ years experience with Azure DevOps. 1+ years of work-related experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technology and Azure DevOps required. Must have the ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data platforms. Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and modern data engineering tools.
