Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: In this fully remote position you will safely and creatively meet nonstandard customer requirements by diagnosing deal blockers, structuring compliant options, and driving execution through agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Deal Triage & Structuring: Rapidly assess nonstandard asks, propose compliant structures, and write decision memos. Contract & Legal Workback: Drive redlines to closure, ensure policy-aligned language, and document exceptions/approvals. Agile Program Leadership: Manage standups, Kanban, and deal checklists. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Engage teams and approvers to unblock deals. Automation & AI: Build automations and Copilot prompts to speed analysis and documentation. Global & Regulated Market Readiness: Anticipate regulatory needs. Risk & Quality: Proactively manage risks and uphold Ethical Sales practices. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Recent Microsoft licensing experience (Unified Support Services preferred). College degree in Business & 10 years’ experience as either a Program Manager, Commercial Executive or Deal Manager. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. Hands-on experience with tools: Power BI, O365, Copilot, Power Automate, Power Flows. Strong business acumen with financial/data analysis skills. Led cross-geo initiatives with cross-functional teams. Experience with Sales support, approval/exception flows and clause libraries. A self-starter who can project manage a complex deal with little oversight needed. Someone who can bring insights, not observations to the greater team for resolution. A competitive pay range of $120,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience). 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO). 8 paid holidays + 1 personal floating holiday 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
