What You’ll Do • Lead and Manage - Oversee and develop a team of client project coordinators, ensuring efficient workload balance from project initiation to completion. • Drive Quality Execution - Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results that exceed client expectations. • Represent Beyond Feedback - Act as a senior leader in all client engagements, aligning communication with client business goals. • Facilitate Executive Meetings - Lead web-based sessions with C-level teams, focusing on clear, productive agendas and outcomes. • Foster Relationships - Cultivate and grow long-term partnerships with client executives, managing escalations and acting as a trusted advisor. • Deliver Strategic Insights - Guide clients through survey design, deployment, data analysis, and recommendations. • Manage Projects. Own the success of each engagement—ensuring scope alignment, resource allocation, profitability, and client satisfaction. • Drive Growth - Proactively identify and close opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. • Ensure Excellence - Conduct regular business reviews, manage renewals, and address retention risks before they surface. What You Bring To The Table (required qualifications): • Education: Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, organizational behavior, or a related field. • Experience: • * 5+ years in account management, sales, customer relationship management, or related external client-facing roles. • 2+ years of managing a team (experience with EOS a plus). • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling. • Skills: • * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—especially in remote environments. • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data. • Strategic thinker with initiative, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Our Work-From-Home Arrangement: You must work from your primary residence located within 35 miles of our office so you can easily attend team-building events that occur throughout the year. You must have reliable internet service at home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful. The business hours and regular schedule for this role is 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.
