Senior Program Manager - Level 3 - ICS (Migration of OpenVMS and Red Hat KVM exp) Toronto, ON/Onsite Contract Role 5 days onsite per week Ideal Pay Rate: CAD 100-107/Hr (Depending upon experience) Work Schedule Primarily 7.25 hours per day but overtime may be required on occasion. Must Have: • 10+ years experience in the following: • Deep experience in infrastructure modernization (e.g., migrating from legacy OpenVMS to modern hardware and Red Hat KVM) with a strong understanding of operational continuity for existing applications. • A proven track record of establishing agile governance in hybrid delivery environments (Agile + Waterfall) • A strong ability to influence and coach long-tenured technical staff unfamiliar with agile or cross-functional ways of working. • Effective in facilitating large group work sessions; with excellent communication and executive presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, in particular senior management, and technology executives, influencing across organizational boundaries • Proven ability to manage highly sensitive vendor relationships (incl legal) • Project/ program manager background • Need to be able to speak with stakeholders- for example C-Suite • Agile delivery experience- able to tune the • Coaching experience • Scrum experience • Kanban Nice to have • NICE to have – transformation experience • NICE To have - vast experience migrating legacy VMS to Redhat KVM within Government sector Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
