BettingJobs is working with a growing iGaming platform provider based in Stockholm who have a strong focus on the emerging crypto-casino industry. They are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: • Define, articulate, and implement a clear vision and strategy for the company's growth. • Drive new initiatives in business development, product innovation, and organizational culture. • Anticipate industry trends and act upon emerging opportunities in crypto, Asia, LATAM, and Africa. • Ensure the company maintains a product-first mindset at every level. • Engage in deep product and technical discussions with development teams to understand challenges, evaluate trade-offs, and shape decisions. • Drive scalable IT and development strategies to support rapid growth. • Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and market data to guide strategic decisions. • Embed a data-led culture across the company to ensure execution aligns with measurable outcomes. • Inspire and motivate a team of ~50 employees across multiple geographies. • Maintain the balance between entrepreneurial agility and the structure required for scale-up success. • Lead decisively while empowering managers and staff with clarity and accountability. • Act as a public spokesperson at industry events and with press, representing the company's brand and vision globally. • Build the company's thought leadership position in crypto-enabled gaming and emerging markets. Requirements: • Proven leadership track record in the iGaming industry (B2B platform experience strongly preferred). • Product-driven mindset - passionate about product development and innovation. • Technical fluency - able to engage with software teams and understand IT/development scaling challenges. • Data-driven decision maker, with strong analytical skills. • Hands-on and proactive - a doer who can dive deep into product and operational details. • Strategic and visionary leadership style, capable of inspiring and motivating employees. • Experience leading scale-ups (30-200 employees) through rapid growth stages. • Fluent in Swedish and English.
