As our Senior Director of Paid Social Growth, you will own and scale one of the most critical growth engines in the company. You will manage a multi-million-dollar global paid social budget across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Your work will drive efficient acquisition, expand long-term LTV, accelerate creative innovation, and unlock new areas of growth. You will shape the channel’s long-term roadmap, architect our experimentation engine, and partner with senior leadership to guide investment strategy and uncover the next horizon of global performance. Paid Social Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end paid social growth strategy and execution across global markets. Develop a full-funnel approach that balances CAC efficiency, incremental reach, and brand lift. Define and continuously evolve the channel roadmap, long-term forecasting, and marginal return investment strategy. Evaluate and scale new platforms, formats, and technologies to keep us at the forefront of paid social performance. Creative Strategy, Performance and Innovation Co-own creative strategy for paid social, partnering with Brand and Creative to shape briefs, concepts, and storytelling frameworks. Build a high-velocity creative iteration engine that uses data to fuel insights, hypotheses, and rapid experimentation. Lead the creation of a Paid Social Creative Lab that drives systematic testing across formats, hooks, narratives, and audiences. Translate insights into actionable creative direction that elevates both performance and brand. Experimentation, Analytics and Learning Agendas Architect our paid social experimentation engine, including audience, creative, and format testing frameworks. Partner with Data Science and Analytics to advance incrementality testing, MMM, and attribution methodologies. Establish learning agendas that scale institutional knowledge across markets and teams. Drive a culture of scientific rigor that uses data to answer the right questions, not just optimize metrics. Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Influence Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of paid social experts. Create scalable workflows, best practices, and operational excellence across planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with regional teams to localize strategies while maintaining global consistency. Partner directly with senior leadership to set growth targets, inform planning cycles, and unlock new strategic opportunities. Budget Management and Financial Accountability Own a large-scale paid social budget with responsibility for CAC, LTV, ROI, and payback windows. Partner with VP, Growth Marketing, Finance and Accounting on pacing, forecasting, invoicing, and audits. Provide transparent, data-backed investment recommendations across planning cycles. Can I work remotely? Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10 to 15+ years of performance marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social across major platforms. Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering against growth, CAC, and LTV goals. Experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams. Exceptional collaboration skills, especially with Creative, Finance, Product, and Data Science. Fluency with marketing analytics, incrementality testing, MMM, attribution, and experimentation frameworks. Experience in DTC, emerging markets, or subscription models is a strong plus. Passion for mental health and expanding access to care. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
