We’re hiring a Director of Sales to help fuel our growth and to manage and lead our Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with company leadership and key demand and delivery teams to shape transformative sales strategies, build high-performing teams, and drive exceptional revenue growth and market leadership. Successful candidates bring a positive attitude, high energy, and curiosity to the role, combined with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an innate drive to excel. Above all else, we’re looking for results-driven leaders to help push the firm to its next level of growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales initiatives with company goals. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Strengthen relationships with key accounts and build long-term partnerships. Set, track, and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and financial objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform decision-making. Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey. We’re a small, agile team, and we need a coach-player. This isn’t a role where you’ll sit back—it’s hands-on every day. You’ll be deeply engaged in the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. Demonstrated expertise in all three areas is essential for success. Qualifications 10+ years in B2B sales with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or technology sectors. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Deep understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and go-to-market strategies. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
