You are… A sports fan who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems. A clear communicator with strong writing skills who can explain solutions simply and professionally. Organized, detail-oriented, with a positive, problem-solving attitude. Eager to learn, with some customer service experience or a strong passion for sports and helping people. You will… Provide friendly and timely support to customers through email and social channels. Troubleshoot account, subscription, and product-related issues with patience and professionalism. Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed. Share feedback and insights from customers with the broader team to improve the user experience. Stay up to date on company products, features, and sports-related content so you can better support our audience. You have… Strong communication skills — you can keep things clear, friendly, and easy to understand. Reliability and flexibility — you can pitch in during nights and weekends when the sports calendar is busiest. Basic technical comfort — you’re quick to pick up new software and online tools. Some experience with tools like Zendesk or other customer platforms — not required, but definitely a plus.
