Bethany for Children & Families is looking for a School-Based Therapy Manager to lead our dynamic school-based therapy program. In this fully remote role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, supervise a talented team of licensed therapists, and collaborate with school personnel and internal leadership to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the school-based therapy program to ensure high-quality services, compliance, and smooth operations. Supervise and mentor licensed therapists and provisionally licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure. Collaborate with the Clinical Director for clinical supervision and the quality and compliance team to uphold quality and regulatory standards. Build strong, collaborative relationships with Principals, Superintendents, Guidance Counselors, and other school personnel. Monitor program productivity, utilization, and outcomes to ensure ongoing success. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff while fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Ensure all documentation, treatment plans, and evaluations meet agency and regulatory standards. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required; degree in a human services field preferred. At least three years of management or supervisory experience. At least two years of experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or other human/social services organizations. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required, along with strong computer and technical skills. Experience working in a remote position is preferred, as well as experience managing or collaborating with teams in multiple locations. Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, CMHC accreditation standards, and state regulations preferred. Experience collaborating with external stakeholders to strengthen internal programming. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits as needed.
