Full-Time role with Benefits Position Overview: The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our recruitment services. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in sales and business development within the recruitment industry, particularly in working with government and state-level clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and managing accounts to ensure long-term success. Required Qualifications: • 4–7 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing business development. • Strong understanding of MSP and VMS ecosystems. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to establish long-term client relationships and achieve sales goals. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with State Government clients. • Familiarity with Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) contracts. • Existing client relationships or network in Texas public sector or enterprise organizations.
