Job Overview We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced, quick service restaurant environment. This opening offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic food industry setting where excellent service and teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS • Prepare food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation • Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and equipment • Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with sanitation standards • Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and food handling as needed • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers Qualifications • Previous experience in food service, quick service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; culinary experience or café background is a plus • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting including quick service & fast food restaurants or grocery stores • Experience with cashiering, upselling, serving, bussing tables, or retail math is beneficial • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed Join our team today to become part of an energetic environment where your skills in customer service and food industry knowledge will be valued.
