Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Best Delegate is a company focused on delivering Model United Nations programming to students across the United States. They are seeking a Programs Manager to contribute to the growth of their Programs Department and support the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. Responsibilities • Help grow the Programs Department and their career with the company over the next 3+ years. • Reimagine the management structure and delivery of the MUN Institute. • Support the Programs Director in designing the new staff accountability chart, creating job descriptions, marketing/recruiting for these roles, and hiring high performing staff. • Set up everything for a strong summer including curriculum, relationships with vendors, materials, and delivery of staff training. • Communicate with parents, clients, and vendors over the phone. Skills • Capability to work independently • Ability to be promoted to a Senior Programs Manager within three years • Experience delivering great results during MUN Institute programs • Experience with large-scale education partners • Support Programs Director in designing staff accountability chart • Create job descriptions • Marketing/recruiting for roles • Hiring high performing staff • Deliver a program that consistently receives 9+/10 student experience ratings • Achieve an NPS of 70% or better • Set up curriculum, relationships with vendors, materials, and delivery of staff training for summer programs • Comfortable communicating with parents, clients, and vendors over the phone • Authorization to work in the United States Benefits • ~$2k summer delivery bonus • Benefits Company Overview • Best Delegate is the world’s leading provider of Model United Nations programs and content for students, teachers, schools, nonprofits, governments, and the United Nations.
