Role Description This full-time, on-site role as a Retail Sales Specialist is based in our Manalapan, NJ location. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and demonstrate the latest technology products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining product displays, staying informed about new product offerings, performing routine inventory tasks, and contributing to building positive customer experiences. You will work with a team to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional service, and ensure customers feel valued and supported. Qualifications • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to engage with customers effectively and understand their needs. • Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge about consumer electronics, technology products, and services. • Sales and customer service experience, with skills in relationship building and meeting sales goals. • Capability to work collaboratively within a team to maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment. • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and recommend tailored solutions. • Experience with basic inventory management and organization is preferred. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or experience in retail or technology is advantageous.
