As an Enterprise Risk and Compliance Analyst at Best Buy, you’ll help protect our company and customers by identifying and mitigating risks tied to third-party partnerships. In this entry-level role, you’ll collaborate with technology and business teams to enable innovation while safeguarding sensitive information. Our team follows a hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday–Thursday, with remote flexibility Monday and Friday. What You’ll Do • Support risk assessments and vendor due diligence efforts • Review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with Best Buy standards • Analyze risk-related data and identify control gaps • Create and maintain team documentation • Provide operational support and contribute to strategic projects Basic Qualifications • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience • 6+ months of experience applying basic risk management principles • 1 + years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • 1 + years of experience working in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field • 1+ years of experience in auditing or consulting with third-party risk assessment • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI DSS) • Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISA What’s In It For You We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
