Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT technician team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and hardware. Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with other departments to support technology needs and promote effective communication. Monitor and resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on problem-solving approaches. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best technology solutions. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations across all IT operations. Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role within a technical environment. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and system security practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals. Solid understanding of current IT trends, technologies, and best practices. Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations in an IT context. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or equivalent.
